Prohibited items for delivery

Important: handing over a shipment containing prohibited items to a Courier is a violation of the Terms of Service and entails full civil liability of the Customer, including reimbursement of all expenses and losses of the Courier and third parties. The Courier may refuse delivery and contact law enforcement.
Cash and financial instrumentsProhibited
  • Cash of the Russian Federation (banknotes, coins)Regardless of amount
  • Foreign currency in cash
  • Securities: shares, bonds, promissory notes, checksBoth documentary and electronic form
  • Bank cards issued to third parties
  • Bearer payment documents

Weapons, ammunition, and explosivesProhibited
  • Firearms of any kind, main parts and componentsIncluding hunting, sporting, and commemorative weapons

  • Pneumatic, gas, and traumatic weapons
  • Ammunition, cartridges, casings, primers
  • Explosives and explosive devices of any kind
  • Pyrotechnics above class 1: fireworks, firecrackers, signal rocketsClass 1 pyrotechnics (consumer items, sparklers) allowed in original factory packaging

  • Poisonous and toxic substances (including pesticides, poisons)

  • Flammable liquids: gasoline, solvents, acetone
  • Compressed and liquefied gases in cylinders (gas cylinders, cartridges)
  • Oxidizing substances and organic peroxides
  • Radioactive and nuclear materials of any activity

Living organismsProhibited
  • Animals of any species and size: mammals, birds, reptiles, fish, insects
  • Animal and plant species listed in the Red Book of Russia or CITES
  • Plants, seeds, and planting material without phytosanitary certificatePotted houseplants without exposed soil in limited quantities may be allowed at the Courier's discretion

Counterfeit goods, illegal content, and forged documentsProhibited

  • Extremist and terrorist materials (included in the federal list)
  • Forged documents: passports, diplomas, IDs, powers of attorney
  • Counterfeit banknotes, excise stamps, and security marks

Perishable goods and special storage conditionsRestricted

  • Products and substances with a strong unpleasant odorPerfume and cosmetics in original sealed packaging are allowed
  • Substances requiring special temperature conditions (cryogenic materials, etc.)

Items requiring specialized transportRestricted
  • Oversized cargo exceeding the permitted parameters of the Order
  • Heavy cargo requiring freight transport with appropriate permits
  • Medical equipment requiring certified medical transport
  • Dangerous goods requiring ADR transport rulesChemical reagents, industrial gas cylinders, etc.
  • Valuables requiring security and collection (jewelry worth over 100,000 ₽)

Other items restricted or prohibited from circulationProhibited
  • Any items restricted or prohibited from civil circulation in the Russian Federation
  • Items whose movement requires a special permit or license when such is absent
  • Items prohibited for import/export under customs law of Russia and the EAEU Customs Code
  • Contraband or goods imported in violation of customs legislation

Consequences of violation

  • Immediate blocking of the Customer's account without refund
  • Full reimbursement by the Customer of all losses of the Courier, including legal defense costs and administrative or criminal fines
  • Transfer of information and evidence to law enforcement upon request or at the Platform's initiative
  • Platform's recourse claim against the Customer for the full amount of paid compensation
  • Civil, administrative, and criminal liability of the Customer under applicable law of the Russian Federation
